Hello,
I've been suffering from Ulcerative Colitis for 2yrs now and the following really help:
  1. eat slowly - help the ingestion
  2. drink at least 3 litres of water per day - help clean the digestive system & toxic in the body
  3. take fibre supplements - help the lining of the colon
  4. eat lots of fruits & vegetables
  5. eat yogurt or take nutrional supplements (eg.acidophilus) help maintain the normal balance of benefical bacteria in the intestines.
  6. drink lots of digestive tea, 20-30 mins after eating a meal
  7. exercise daily - on my part a practise yoga - help me physically & mentally.
